Feature Request: Context-free option instead of SpacetimeDBProvider (vue, ts)

I like to use pinia (vue) for global state management which lives outside the component tree.
Is it possible to add a option for the composables to pass the context explicitly?

I imagine it similar to this:
useTable(_explicit_context_here, tables.table_name);
This would not need to call useSpacetimeDB and just work with the provided context.

This will also work with most other frameworks.
