How does Enterprise Pricing work?
With SpacetimeDB Enterprise we work with you to take your idea all the way through from concept to production. During development we provide direct engineering support to help build your application and charge a monthly fee. When it's time to deploy into production, we charge per node you deploy so that the cost scales with you.Do databases have resource limits?
In SpacetimeDB Maincloud databases are limited only by the physical capacity of the machines that they are scheduled to run on. Maincloud is configured with enterprise grade machines which have upwards of 80 cores and 256 GBs of memory. With SpacetimeDB's incredible performance and efficiency you can get an enormous amount of throughput from a single machine.What happens if I run out of energy credits?
As your database uses energy, it will first consume any free energy credits included in your plan. After that, it will consume pre-paid energy credits from your account. If you have pay-as-you-go enabled, and you run out of pre-paid energy credits your database will continue to operate normally by consuming pay-as-you-go energy credits which are billed at the end of each month. If you do not have pay-as-you-go enabled, we will send you low energy email notifications warning that your database will be paused soon. If you do not add more pre-paid energy credits to your account, then your database will be paused when you run out of energy credits. You can add more pre-paid energy credits to your account or enable pay-as-you-go to resume operation of your databases.
